在新型电力系统加速构建的背景下,压缩空气储能(CAES)正逐渐成为电网调峰与新能源消纳的重要技术路径之一。

中电建肥城2×300MW(一期)盐穴压缩空气储能电站项目,作为国内在建规模较大的盐穴压缩空气储能示范工程之一,承担着区域电网调峰与储能示范应用的重要任务。

该项目采用“盐穴储气 + 压缩/膨胀发电 + 储热系统协同”的整体技术路线,对系统设备的长期稳定性、循环可靠性以及全工况适应能力提出了较高要求。


Deep underground, salt caverns are being transformed into a new form of large-scale energy storage.

In Feicheng, Shandong, the 2×300MW salt-cavern compressed air energy storage project by PowerChina is currently under construction.

It is recognized as the world’s first demonstration project of its kind, combining large capacity, high efficiency, and fully independent intellectual property rights.

而这批气动闸阀,即将应用于项目储热水罐及其附属设备系统中,负责在能量转换过程中,维持热能平衡与系统稳定。面对高温运行、大流量输送以及频繁启停工况,设备可靠性成为系统稳定运行的重要基础。

此次交付的闸阀配备高推力气动执行机构,满足自动化控制及远程运行需求,为系统安全稳定运行提供可靠保障。


In this project, LIANGGU pneumatic gate valves are deployed in the thermal storage water tank system and its auxiliary facilities.Designed for high-temperature service, high flow conditions, and frequent cycling, system reliability becomes a key requirement for stable plant operation.

The valves are equipped with high-thrust pneumatic actuators, enabling automated control and remote operation, ensuring safe and stable performance under complex operating conditions.
