10万次循环启闭之后,密封性能还能否保持稳定?


为验证不锈钢双偏心蝶阀在长期反复动作下的耐久性与性能保持能力,良固对一台 DN600不锈钢双偏心蝶阀开展10万次循环启闭测试。

测试前进行压力检测,完成10万次循环后再次检测,以前后性能对比验证产品长期运行的可靠性。


To verify the durability and performance stability of its stainless steel double-offset butterfly valves under repeated operation, LIANGGU conducted a 100,000-cycle open-close test on a DN600 valve.

A pressure test was performed before cycling began, followed by another pressure test after all 100,000 cycles were completed. By comparing the results before and after the cycling test, LIANGGU evaluates the valve’s ability to maintain reliable performance over long-term operation.


双偏心结构,减少密封副持续磨损


双偏心结构使阀板在开启初期较快脱离阀座,并在关闭末段建立密封接触,减少启闭过程中的持续摩擦与磨损,有助于降低启闭扭矩,提升密封系统的长期稳定性。

结合不锈钢材料的耐腐蚀性能,良固不锈钢双偏心蝶阀可根据具体材质、阀座及压力等级,适配化工及石化工艺管线、工业气体、循环水及工业水、蒸汽及热媒、真空系统等工况。


The double-offset design allows the disc to move away from the seat more quickly during opening, reducing friction and wear on the sealing surfaces during repeated cycling. This provides an important structural advantage for long service life and stable sealing performance.

Combined with the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, LIANGGU double-offset butterfly valves can be configured with different material grades, seat designs and pressure ratings for a wide range of applications, including chemical and petrochemical process lines, industrial gas systems, circulating and industrial water, steam and heat-transfer media, as well as vacuum service.
